Critical Objectives Corp. stands behind the quality, materials, and workmanship of all of our products, and the proprietary technology that distinguishes us from the rest of the market.

Subject to the terms, conditions, and exclusions below, Critical Objectives provides the following Limited Lifetime Warranty.

1. WHO IS COVERED

This Limited Lifetime Warranty applies to the original retail purchaser of a new Covered Product purchased directly from Critical Objectives or through an authorized dealer or distributor.

This warranty is not transferable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Proof of purchase may be required when requesting warranty service.

2. LIMITED LIFETIME COVERAGE

For purposes of this Limited Lifetime Warranty, “Covered Products” means (a) firearms manufactured and sold by Critical Objectives, and (b) other Critical Objectives products that Critical Objectives expressly identifies, in the product’s listing, packaging, or documentation, as covered by this Limited Lifetime Warranty.

Critical Objectives warrants that each Covered Product, including its original factory-supplied components, will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the original retail purchaser, subject to the terms and exclusions contained in this Limited Lifetime Warranty.

This coverage specifically includes Critical Objectives proprietary components associated with the patented, non-reciprocating forward-charging system when supplied by Critical Objectives as part of the original firearm or as an authorized Critical Objectives Covered Product.

If Critical Objectives determines that a Covered Product or component contains a defect in materials or workmanship, Critical Objectives will, at its option and subject to applicable law:

repair the defective product or component;
replace the defective component with the same or a reasonably equivalent component;
replace the product with the same or a reasonably equivalent product when repair is not practical; or
provide another remedy that Critical Objectives determines is appropriate under the circumstances and applicable law.

Replacement parts or products may differ in appearance or configuration from the original when the original component or configuration is no longer available.

3. COMPLETE FIREARMS AND OTHER COVERED PRODUCTS

For complete firearms and other Covered Products sold by Critical Objectives, Critical Objectives will evaluate and handle warranty claims involving the Covered Product, including components supplied by third-party manufacturers as part of the product’s original factory configuration.

Critical Objectives’ Limited Lifetime Warranty applies to defects in materials or workmanship in the Covered Product and its original factory-supplied components, regardless of whether those components were manufactured by Critical Objectives or a third-party supplier, subject to the terms and exclusions of this warranty.

For purposes of this Limited Lifetime Warranty, “original factory-supplied components” means components incorporated into the firearm or product as originally manufactured and sold by Critical Objectives. Separately included accessories, including magazines, are not covered by this Limited Lifetime Warranty unless expressly stated otherwise.

4. SEPARATELY SOLD ASSEMBLIES, COMPONENTS, AND ACCESSORIES

A Critical Objectives product sold separately from a complete firearm, such as a complete upper assembly, forward-charging system, component, or accessory, is covered by this Limited Lifetime Warranty only when Critical Objectives expressly identifies it as a Covered Product. When it is, coverage includes the components supplied with it, including components manufactured by third-party suppliers.

Critical Objectives does not warrant the performance, condition, compatibility, installation, or operation of a lower receiver, firearm, component, accessory, or other product not supplied by Critical Objectives.

Warranty coverage does not extend to damage or malfunction caused by an incompatible component, improper installation, improper assembly, unauthorized alteration, or use of the Critical Objectives product in a configuration for which it was not designed or approved.

5. AFTERMARKET PARTS AND MODIFICATIONS

The installation or use of an aftermarket component does not, by itself, automatically void this Limited Lifetime Warranty.

However, this warranty does not cover a failure, malfunction, damage, or excessive wear caused by or attributable to:

an aftermarket or incompatible component;
improper installation or assembly;
unauthorized modification or alteration;
unauthorized repair;
machining or alteration of a Critical Objectives component; or
use of the firearm or product in a configuration outside its intended design.

Modification, machining, alteration, or unauthorized repair of the Critical Objectives forward-charging system or another proprietary Critical Objectives component may exclude from warranty coverage any condition caused by or related to that modification, alteration, or repair.

Critical Objectives reserves the right to inspect the firearm or component to determine whether an aftermarket component, modification, installation, or repair caused or contributed to the claimed condition.

6. WHAT IS NOT COVERED

This Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover damage, malfunction, deterioration, or excessive wear resulting from:

normal wear and tear or normal cosmetic wear;
neglect, abuse, misuse, or improper storage;
corrosion, rust, or damage resulting from inadequate maintenance;
failure to follow applicable Critical Objectives instructions or safety information;
improper assembly, installation, maintenance, or repair;
unauthorized modification, alteration, machining, or repair;
use of improper, defective, reloaded, remanufactured, or otherwise unsuitable ammunition;
ammunition or loads outside the specifications appropriate for the firearm;
bore or barrel obstructions;
accidental damage, impact, fire, water, environmental exposure, or other external causes;
use of incompatible or improperly installed components or accessories;
damage caused by another manufacturer’s product not supplied by Critical Objectives;
use of the firearm for a purpose or in a manner for which it was not designed; or
circumstances otherwise outside the reasonable control of Critical Objectives.

Consumable and normal-wear items are not covered solely because they require replacement through ordinary use.

This warranty does not guarantee that finishes, coatings, cosmetic surfaces, or other appearance-related characteristics will remain unchanged through ordinary handling and use.

7. WARRANTY EVALUATION

The existence of a malfunction does not necessarily establish a defect covered by this warranty.

Critical Objectives will inspect and evaluate the product and will determine, acting reasonably and subject to applicable law, whether the claimed condition is covered by this Limited Lifetime Warranty.

If the condition is covered, Critical Objectives will provide an appropriate warranty remedy as described above.

If the condition is not covered, Critical Objectives may, when practical, provide the customer with available repair or replacement options and any applicable charges before non-warranty work is performed.

8. OBTAINING WARRANTY SERVICE

Before returning any product, contact Critical Objectives for warranty-service instructions and return authorization.

Do not ship a firearm or regulated component to Critical Objectives without first receiving return instructions.

The customer is responsible for following all applicable federal, state, and local laws concerning the shipment, transfer, receipt, and transportation of firearms and regulated components.

Critical Objectives may require information reasonably necessary to evaluate the warranty claim, including the product model, serial number, proof of purchase, description of the issue, photographs, and other relevant information.

Critical Objectives will provide instructions concerning the appropriate return procedure when a physical inspection is required.

9. SHIPPING AND SERVICE COSTS

For a valid warranty claim, Critical Objectives may provide or reimburse reasonable shipping arrangements as determined by Critical Objectives and permitted by applicable law.

If inspection determines that the condition is not covered by this Limited Lifetime Warranty, the customer may be responsible for applicable shipping, inspection, repair, replacement, or service costs after being informed of those costs.

10. LIMITATION OF REMEDIES AND DAMAGES

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the remedies described in this Limited Lifetime Warranty are the exclusive remedies available under this warranty.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CRITICAL OBJECTIVES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY FOR INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM A WARRANTY CLAIM OR THE INABILITY TO USE A PRODUCT.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so some or all of the above limitations may not apply to all customers.

11. IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND STATE LAW

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES APPLICABLE TO THE PRODUCT ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THE EXPRESS WARRANTY PROVIDED HEREIN.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this limitation may not apply to all customers.

This Limited Lifetime Warranty gives all customers specific legal rights, and all customers may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

Nothing in this Limited Lifetime Warranty is intended to limit or exclude a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

12. NO OTHER WARRANTY

No dealer, distributor, employee, representative, or other person is authorized to modify, expand, or make additional warranties on behalf of Critical Objectives unless the modification or warranty is expressly made in writing by an authorized representative of Critical Objectives.

Product descriptions, advertising, technical information, demonstrations, and other statements do not create a warranty beyond the express terms of this Limited Lifetime Warranty unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by Critical Objectives.

13. CHANGES TO THIS WARRANTY

Critical Objectives may revise its warranty terms for products sold in the future.

The warranty applicable to a product will generally be the warranty provided or in effect for that product at the time of its original retail sale, subject to applicable law.
